FAQ
Common Questions About the Trust Platform
What are the five components of the Arjuna Trust Platform?
The Trust Platform is designed around five components: an embeddable mobile SDK, threat intelligence and risk-lookup APIs, a continuously updated threat intelligence feed, an explainable risk-scoring engine, and enterprise analytics for operational visibility. Each is currently on the roadmap and not yet generally available.
Is the Arjuna Trust Platform generally available?
No. Every component described here is part of the roadmap, not a shipped product. Availability, scope and timelines are confirmed directly with enterprise teams during evaluation, not published here as a general commitment.
Can the SDK and APIs be adopted independently of each other?
Yes — that's the intent. Each component is designed to work as part of one platform, but also independently, so an integrating team can adopt only the capabilities relevant to their use case rather than the whole platform at once.
How is the Risk Engine different from a black-box fraud score?
The Risk Engine is designed to produce an explainable risk view that combines multiple signals, rather than a single opaque score — so your team can see which signals contributed to a result, not just the result itself.
